Extra Virgin Cold Pressed Rapeseed Oil
Preheat the oven to 180 C
- Grease and line a 7” square tin
- In a Saucepan melt oil, honey and golden syrup
- Once melted and mixed together remove from heat and add the oats
- Mix until everything is coated
- Press the mixture firmly into the tin
- Cook in oven for 20 mins or until golden in colour
- Cool for 10 mins before cutting into squares
- Once cold remove from tin and store in an airtight container
